What would you do in a 64 yrs man w/ CKD (creatinine: 80µm Sept/18—> 120 Oct/18) & w/o other known diseases except a Pleomorphic carcinoma of the lung &, after starting pembrolizumab on Sept/09, the creatinine worsened to 158 w/ dysmorphic hematuria w/o proteinuria in Nov/19?
