![]() ERA-EDTA exciting educational offer!
In 2018 the ERA-EDTA Council decided to renew its educational offer and to enhance the educational contribution given by its internal Scientific Bodies and to offer a new educational experience by prioritising themes of fundamental relevance to prepare nephrologists for the challenges of new technologies and precision medicine and update them in major areas of interest in the field. The ERA-EDTA is happy to announce the organisation of the new Continuous Education & Professional Development (CEPD) courses scheduled on the first day of the 56th ERA-EDTA Congress (June 13, 2019) in Budapest (Hungary). In 2019 the ERA-EDTA will also organise, for the very first time, the Scientific and Educational Interaction Day (SEID): an exciting meeting which boasts educational lectures focused mainly on clinical issues, starting from diagnosis all the way to prevention and therapy. The event will also be preceded by the Satellite ‘New Drug’ Symposium designed to be a fully educational experience with some ‘industry focus’. The SEID and the ‘New Drug’ Symposium are scheduled on October 25-26, 2019 in Vienna (Austria).
Would you like to contribute to the ERA-EDTA future educational programme?
The Continuous Education and Professional Development (CEPD) Committee is a new body of the ERA-EDTA, in charge of creating educational courses which are held the day before the first official day of the ERA-EDTA Annual Congress. The ERA-EDTA is looking for a new CEPD Chair.
