COUNCIL REGULATIONS

As per item 06 of article V of the Constitution: “The Council may create, amend or extinguish a “Council Regulation” with a resolution passed by two thirds of its members. The Council regulations govern certain aspects of the Council activity thereby delegating powers within the framework of the Constitution.”
