NDT-Educational

NDT-Educational is now a ten years old electronic enterprise and we have completely renovated it from the graphical point of view but also by adding more content.
The newsletter, and the related website of the journal, presents the best lectures given at the annual Congress of the Society as well as free full papers of NDT - “Nephrology Dialysis
Transplantation”, CKJ - “Clinical Kidney Journal” and other first class medical journals such as KI - “Kidney International”, JCI - “Journal of Clinical Investigation” and JN - “Journal of Nephrology”.
Both the CME lectures and the full papers are open to all registered users (registration is free). Case studies and surveys regarding different aspects of Nephrology are also regularly published. Subject Editors act both as filters of the flowing literature as well as evaluators of the clinical and basic science relevance of the papers they appraise in the website “Literature Review”. “Literature Review” is a new feature that NDT-Educational offers to its registered users. Our experts in kidney related diseases regularly select and comment the most interesting articles published in the Medical Journals.
A blog section has been added on the new NDT-Educational Website, we will have a blog for each nephrology field. The first one will be about Nutrition.
During 2011 NDT-Educational has maintained the success of the past years with more than 36,000 visits per month (with more than 100,000 web pages downloaded) and the journal is regularly sent to more than 11,000 registered colleagues. We know that NDT-Educational is read in many countries where the opportunity of free access to medical literature is limited and therefore our colleagues in those countries particularly appreciate our efforts.
The success of this endeavor is due to the generous, continuous contribution of our Subject Consultants, all highly reputed European nephrologists/investigators with heavy academic and clinical duties.
Register for free at http://www.ndt-educational.org/ and you will receive the NDT-Educational e-journal every two weeks as well as be able to access to a number of CME Slide Presentations mainly from the ERA-EDTA annual congresses.
