Is it a project that will involve other subjects than nephrologists?
This clinical trial will be developed by the joint effort of several working groups which are comprised of nephrologists, biologists, epidemiologists, specialists in statistical analysis, diabetic experts etc., from different European countries.
More than a large prospective, ARPA is a multicentre trial designed to address the most important issue in today’s nephrology, to slow/arrest kidney disease progression and to diminish the impact of kidney disease on cardiovascular endpoints.
