Survey on osteoporosis and fracture risk in advanced chronic kidney disease and following renal transplantation
Three weeks ago, you were invited to complete a survey on osteoporosis and fracture risk in advanced chronic kidney disease and following renal transplantation.
If you have already completed the survey, we would like to thank you once again; if you haven't had time yet, we would appreciate your support in doing so. We need to reduce the high fracture burden in our patients. As a first step, areas of uncertainty with regard to the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in patients with advanced CKD and posttransplant need to be identified. The challenge of osteoporosis in CKD
Join this educational event organised by EUROD, a CKD-MBD Working Group initiative, in collaboration with the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) to be held on January 18, 2019 in Leuven (Belgium). Updates on the clinical assessment and treatment of osteoporosis in CKD anno 2019 will be presented through state of the art lectures given by key opinion leaders and the interactive voting system encouraging discussion.
